I highly value the friendly relations and good cooperation over the past years between the Lao People’s Democratic Republic and the Republic of Cote d’ Ivoire. I am strongly confident that the existing friendly relations and good cooperation between our two countries will be further developed in the years to come for mutual benefits of the peoples of our two nations.
