On the occasion of 25^th Anniversary of the establishment of the Diplomatic relations between the Lao people’s Democratic Republic and the Republic of Tajikistan, I would like to extend to Your Excellency and through you to all staff of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan my warmest congratulations and best wishes.

I am very pleased to note that over the past 25 years, the friendly relations and cooperation between the Lao People’s Democratic Republic and the Republic of Tajikistan have been strengthened on the basis of mutual respect and benefits. It is my conviction that with our joined efforts, the Lao-Tajikistan cooperative relationship will be further strengthened and enhanced for the benefits of our two peoples and that of regional and global peace, stability and development cooperation.
