I have a great pleasure to convey my sincere congratulations and best wishes to Your Highness and through Your Highness to the Government, the people and officials of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on the occasion of the 92^nd Anniversary of the National Day of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

I highly value the friendly relations and good cooperation between the Lao People’s Democratic Republic and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia that has developed over the past years. I look forward to working closely with Your Highness to further strengthen the existing friendly relations and good cooperation between our two countries for mutual benefits of our two countries as well as for peace, stability and development cooperation in the region and the world at large.
