Your Excellency,
On the occasion of the 62st Anniversary of the Independence Day of the Republic of Cyprus, on behalf of the Lao people and on my own behalf, I would like to convey my warmest congratulations and best wishes to Your Excellency and the entire friendly Cypriot people.
I am convinced that through our concerted efforts, the friendly relations and cooperation between the Lao People’s Democratic Republic and the Republic of Cyprus will be further strengthened in the years to come for mutual benefits of our two peoples as well as for peace, stability and sustainable development cooperation in our respective regions and the world over.
