Your Excellency,
I have learned about the mass shooting in the Crocus City Hallin Krasnogorsk City outskirt of Moscow on 22 March 2024, which has caused tremendous loss of lives of innocent people and left many wounded.
The Lao People’s Democratic Republic strongly condemns all forms of the terrorist act and stands with international community in the fight against international terrorism in order to maintain peace and stability in the region and the world.
On behalf of the Lao people and Government, I would like to express deepest condolences and sympathies to the people and Government of the Russian Federation, especially to the bereaved families of the victims in this tragic.
I am confident that under Your Excellency’s leadership, the Government and people of the Russian Federation will be able to overcome such difficulties and soon restore the situation to normalcy.
