On the occasion of the 71st Founding Anniversary of the European Union, on behalf ofthe Lao people and on my own behalf, I have the honour to convey my warmest congratulations to Your Excellency and through Your Excellency to the entire people of the European Union.
I strongly believe that with our concerted efforts, the friendly relations and good cooperation between the Lao PDR and the European Union will be further strengthened and flourished in the coming years for our mutual benefits as well as for peace, stability and development cooperation in our respective region and the world at large.
