On the occasion of the 45^th Anniversary of the National Day of the Republic of Angolaand the 40^th Anniversary of the Establishment ofDiplomatic Relations between the our two countries Lao People’s Democratic Republic and the Republic of Angola, on behalf of the entire Lao peopleand on my own behalf,I have a great pleasure to convey my warmest congratulations and best wishes to Your Excellency and the friendly Angolan people.

I am delighted to note that the Lao People’s Democratic Republic and the Republic of Angola have enjoyed the friendly relations and good cooperation over the past four decades. I am confident that such existing friendly relations and good cooperation will be further strengthened in the years to come for mutual benefits of our two nations.

I would like to take this auspicious opportunity to wish Your Excellency good health, well-being and greater success in your noble tasks and the Angolan people continued progress and prosperity.
