In response to the invitation of H.E. Mr. Saleumxay KOMMASITH, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic, H.E. Mr. Enrique A. MANALO, Secretary for Foreign Affairs of the Republic of the Philippines, Spouse and delegation will pay an official visit to the Lao PDR and participate in the Second Meeting of the Joint Commission for Bilateral Cooperation (JCBC) between the Lao PDR and the Republic of the Philippines between 03 - 05 August 2023 to further strengthen the friendly relations and good cooperation between the Lao PDR and the Republic of the Philippines.
