On behalf of the Government of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic and on my own behalf, I would like to express my heartfelt congratulations to Your Excellency on the occasion of your appointment as Prime Minister of the Republic of Singapore.
I look forward to working closely with Your Excellency to further strengthen our good relations and close cooperation, which have been nurtured over the past 5 decades in both bilateral and multilateral frameworks including within ASEAN family with an aim to bring about tangible benefits to our people. I am convinced that under Your Excellency’s able leadership, the Republic of Singapore will continuously develop in every aspect in the years to come.
