Excellency,
On behalf of the Government of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic and on my own behalf, I would like to extend my warmest congratulations and best wishes to Your Excellency, the Government and the friendly people of Tanzania on the occasion of the 60th Anniversary of the National Day of the United Republic of Tanzania.
I strongly believe that with our joint efforts, the existing friendly relations and good cooperation between the two countries will be further enhanced and strengthened for mutual benefits of our two countries as well as for peace, stability and cooperation development in the region and the world at large.
