On behalf of the entire Lao People and on my own behalf, I have the great honour to extend my heartfelt congratulations to Your Excellency on the occasion of your re-election for a third term as the President of the Republic of Türkiye.
I am convinced that under Your Excellency’s wise leadership, Türkiye will be further developed and prosperous. I look forward to continuing to work with Your Excellency together to deepen the friendly relations and good cooperation between the Lao People’s Democratic Republic and the Republic of Türkiye both in bilateral and multilateral frameworks for mutual benefits of our two peoples as well as for regional and global peace, stability and sustainable development cooperation.
