On behalf of the Lao people and on my own behalf, I would like to express my warmest congratulations and best wishes to Your Excellency and the entire people of Italy on the occasion of the 77th Anniversary of the National Day of the Italian Republic.
I strongly believe that with our concerted efforts, the friendly relations and good cooperation between the Lao People’s Democratic Republic and the Italian Republic will be further enhanced and flourished in the coming years for mutual benefits of our two peoples as well as for peace, stability and cooperation for sustainable development in the region and the international fora.
