Excellency,

 

On the occasion of the 66th Anniversary of the National Day of the Republic of Ghana, on behalf of the Government of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic and on my own behalf, I would like to extend my warmest congratulations and best wishes to Your Excellency, the Government and the friendly people of Ghana.

 

            I am confident that under our joint effort, the existing friendly relations and good cooperation between our two countries will be further strengthened in the years to come for mutual benefits of the peoples of our two nations as well as for peace, stability and development cooperation in the region and the world at large.

 

            May I take this opportunity to wish Your Excellency good health, well-being and greater success in your noble tasks.
