Your Majesty,
On behalf of the Lao people and on my own behalf, I would like to convey my warmest congratulations and best wishes to Your Majesty and the friendly Moroccan people on the occasion of the 23rd Anniversary of the National Day of the Kingdom of Morocco.
I highly value the friendly relations and good cooperation between the Lao PDR and the Kingdom of Morocco which have been continuously developed over the past years. I am confident that the existing friendly relations and good cooperation will be further enhanced for mutual benefits of peoples of our two nations.
