On behalf of the Lao people and on my own behalf, I have a great pleasure to convey my warmest congratulations and best wishes to Your Excellency and the people of Egypt on the occasion of the 70^th Anniversary of the National Day of the Arab Republic of Egypt.  

I am delighted to note that the friendly relations and good cooperation between the Lao PDR and the Arab Republic of Egypt have been continuously developed. I am confident that the existing friendly relations and good cooperation will be further developed in the years ahead for mutual benefits of peoples of our two nations.

May I take this opportunity to wish Your Excellency good health, well-being and greater success in your noble tasks and people of Egypt continued progress and prosperity.
