Your Excellency,

On the occasion of the 30^th anniversary of the establishment of the Diplomatic Relations between the Lao People’s Democratic Republic and the Republic of Croatia, I would like to convey my warmest congratulations and best wishes to Your Excellency and all staff of the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs of the Republic of Croatia.

 I am delighted to note that over the past three decades, the Lao People’s Democratic Republic and the Republic of Croatia have enjoyed diplomatic relations and bilateral cooperation, based on mutual trust and respect.

I firmly believe that with our joint efforts, the existing friendly relations and good cooperation will be further strengthened for the benefit of our two countries as well as for the cause of peace, stability and sustainable development in the region and the world at large.

May I avail myself of this opportunity to wish Your Excellency good health, happiness and greater success in your noble tasks.
