The 42nd anniversary of Laos - Cuba diplomatic relations was marked in Vientiane Capital on Nov 3 in the presence of the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Khamphao Eunthavanh and Cuba’s Ambassador to Laos Enna Viant Valdes.
