Excellency,

            I have learned of the plane accident in the middle part of Iran on the 18^th February 2018, causing tremendous loss of lives and properties.

On behalf of the Government and people of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic and on my own behalf, I would like to express my deepest sympathy to Your Excellency, Government and people of Iran, particularly to the families of the victims.

            I am confident that under intensive effort by the Iranian Government, the people of Iran will be able to overcome this moment of grief.
