We have learned with deep sorrow over the tragic incident occurred in the afternoon of 17th August, 2017 in Barcelona, perpetrated by the terrorist act that caused numerous deaths and injuries of innocent people, which we condemn in its strongest terms.
On behalf of the Government and the people of the Lao PDR, we would like to express our deep condolences and sympathy to the Government and the People of Spain as well as bereaved families of the victims affected by this act of violence.
