Excellency,

     On the occasion of the 41^st Anniversary of the National Day of the Republic of Seychelles, on behalf of the government and people of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic and on my own behalf, it is my great honor to convey my sincere congratulation to Your Excellency.

     I do hope that a decade – long friendly ties and good cooperation between the Lao People’s Democratic Republic and the Republic of Seychelles will be further strengthened to new heights for mutual benefits of our two countries.

     May I take this opportunity to wish Your Excellency good health, happiness and great success in your noble tasks.
