On the occasion of your appointment as Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Kingdom of Morocco, it is my great pleasure to convey my warmest congratulation to Your Excellency.

 I am delighted to note that the friendly relations and good cooperation between the Lao People’s Democratic Republic and the Kingdom of Morocco have been continuously strengthenedand developed over the past 20 years. I look forward to working with Your Excellency to further enrich our good relations and cooperation between our two countries      as well as our two Foreign Ministries for mutual benefits of our two peoples.
