On behalf of Lao people and on my own behalf, I would like to extend my warmest congratulations and best wishes to Your Excellency and the friendly Zambian people, on the occasion of the 57^th Anniversary of the Independence Day of the Republic of Zambia and the 25^th Anniversary of the establishment of the diplomatic relations between the Lao People’s Democratic Republic and the Republic of Zambia.

I am confident that the existing friendly relations and good cooperation between the Lao People’s Democratic Republic and the Republic of Zambia will be further enhanced in the years to come for mutual benefits ofthe people of our two nations as well as for peace, stability and development cooperation in the region and the world at large.
