Excellency,

I have a great pleasure to convey my sincere congratulations and best wishes to Your Excellency, the Government and people of the Republic of Liberia on the occasion of the 174th of the Independence Day.

I am confident that the existing friendly relations and good cooperation between the Lao People’s Democratic Republic and the Republic of Liberia will be further developed and enhanced in the years to come for mutual benefits of peoples ofour two countries.

May I take this opportunity to wish Your Excellency good health, well-being and greater success in your noble tasks and the Liberian people continued progress and prosperity.
