On behalf of the Government and people of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic as well as on my own behalf, I have a great honour to convey my warmest congratulations and best wishes to Your Excellencyand through Your Excellency to the Government and the friendly people of Pakistan on the occasion of the 81st Anniversary of the National Day of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
I am confident that the friendly relations and good cooperation between the Lao People’s Democratic Republic and the Islamic Republic of Pakistan will be further developed in the years to come for mutual benefits of the peoples of our two countries as well as for peace, stability and cooperation for development in the region and the world at large.
