I would like to extend my warmest congratulations to Your Excellency on the occasion of your re-appointment as Minister for Foreign Affairs of Japan.

I am delighted to witness that the existing bonds of long-standing friendship and good cooperation as well as the Strategic Partnership between our two countries and two Foreign Ministries have been continuously enhanced over the past years. I look forward to continue working closely with Your Excellency both in bilateral and multilateral frameworks in order to further strengthen such good relations in the years to come for mutual benefits of our two nations as well as for peace, stability and cooperation for development in the region and the world at large.
