Excellency,
On the occasion of the 60th Anniversary of the National Day of the Republic of Madagascar, it is my great honor to extend my warmest congratulations to Your Excellency and the entire people of Madagascar.
The year 2020 marks the 40th Anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the Lao People’s Democratic Republic and the Republic of Madagascar. Ilook forward to working with Your Excellency to further strengthen the existing friendly relations and cooperation between our two countries as well as two Ministries of Foreign Affairs in the years to come for mutual benefits of the people of our two nations and the two Ministries.
