Your Excellency,
On the occasion of the 45th Anniversary of the National Day of the Republic of Mozambique, I have a great pleasure to convey my sincere congratulations and best wishes to Your Excellency and the entire people of Mozambique.
The year 2020 marks the 40th Anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the Lao People’s Democratic Republic and the Republic of Mozambique. I do hope that the existing friendly relations between our two countries as well as two Ministries of Foreign Affairs will be further developed in the years to come for mutual benefits of the people of two countriesand the two Ministries.
May I take this auspicious occasion to wish Your Excellency for good health, well-being and greater success in your noble tasks, and the Mozambique people continued progress and prosperity.
