I would like to extend to Your Excellency and all staff of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, my warmest congratulations on the occasion of the 30^th Anniversary of the National Day of the Russian Federation.

I am gratified to note that the year 2020 marks the 60^th Anniversary of establishment of the diplomatic relations between the Lao PDR and the Russian Federation. It is my strong belief that the long-standing friendly relations and mutually beneficial cooperation between our countries which deeply rooted based on strategic partnership and splendid cooperative relationships, in both bilateral and multilateral frameworks, will be further strengthened for the benefits of our two nations, thus contributing to regional and international peace, stability and sustainable development.
