On the occasion of 29^th Anniversary of the National Day of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia. I have a great pleasure to convey my sincere congratulations and best wishes to Your Excellency and the entire people of Ethiopia.

I am delighted to note that the year 2020 marks the 15^th Anniversary of the establishment of the diplomatic relations between the Lao People’s Democratic Republic and the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia. I do believe that our existing friendly relations and cooperation will be further enhanced in the years to come for mutual benefits of our two nations.

May I take this auspicious opportunity to wish Your Excellency good health, well-being and greater success in your noble tasks, and the Ethiopian people continued progress and prosperity.
