I have a great pleasure and honor to extend my cordial greetings and sincere congratulations on the occasion of Your Excellency’s appointment as the new Secretary of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of the Philippines.
I strongly believe that under your wise leadership and rich diplomatic experience, the Philippines will be able to play further significant roles in ASEAN, the region and the world. I am looking forward to working closely with Your Excellency to further strengthen and enhance the friendly relations and good cooperation between the Lao People’s Democratic Republic and the Republic of the Philippines as well as our two Ministries for mutual benefits of our two countries as well as for peace, stability and the strong ASEAN family.
