On behalf of the Government, people of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic and on my own behalf, I would like to convey my warmest congratulation and best wishes to Your Majesty, the Government andpeople of Morocco on the 18th Anniversary of the National Day of the Kingdom of Morocco.
I highly value the existing friendly relations and good cooperation between the Lao People’s Democratic Republic and the Kingdom of Morocco over the past two decades. Both sides have jointly celebrated the 20thAnniversary of our Diplomatic Relations in 2017. I am confident that our good relations and cooperation will be further developed in various areas for mutual benefits of our two peoples.
