Your Excellency,

   I have a great pleasure to convey to Your Excellency my sincere congratulation on the occasion of your appointment as Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.

   The Lao People’s Democratic Republic and the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka have enjoyed friendly relations and good cooperation over the past decades. I look forward to working with Your Excellency to further enhance the good relations and cooperation between our two countries as well as our two Foreign Ministries for mutual benefits of our two nations.
