Condolences Message of the Russian Federation

Your Excellency,

          I have learned with deepest sadness on thebarbaric assassination of       H.E. Mr. Andrei KARLOV, Ambassador of the Russian Federation to Turkey on 19th December 2016, while attending the opening of the photo exhibition in Ankara.

          The Government of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic strongly condemnedsuch terrorist act against the Russian Diplomats which, no doubt, aimed at undermining the good Russian-Turkish Relations.

          On behalf of the Government of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic and on my own behalf, I would like to convey our profound condolences and sympathy through Your Excellency to the Government and the People of Russia as well as the bereaved family.

          Please accept, Your Excellency, the assurances of my highest consideration.
